Greatness Only ships domestic orders using USPS. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email detailing the order and tracking information.

Shipping details may not be changed once an order has been submitted.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed from Monday-Friday will begin processing the next business day. Due to high demand and a one man operation, please allow up to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) for orders to process.

LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS

Greatness Only is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit during delivery. Greatness Only does not assume any responsibility for the theft of delivered packages.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

PRE-ORDER

All items marked as "pre-order" will have the full details of the preorder in the item description. This will include the date the preorder opened, the date the preorder will close, and a time frame the product the product will begin to ship. Preorder begin to ship 3-4 weeks after pre order ends, unless noted otherwise on the product page. An exact shipping date will be posted as the estimated time gets closer.

All preorder items are final sale.

There are no exchanges or returns on preorder items due to limited stock.

Throughout the preorder process, the banner on the top of our website will display updates.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us , with the subject line “Return Request_Order Number”. Return requests must be emailed within five days of the delivered date of your purchase. In your email please specify the reason behind your return. Greatness Only reserves the right to refuse any return.

There are no returns or exchanges on preorder items.

 RETURN CONDITION

  • Products must be unwashed and unworn with any original tags.
  • All markdown sales are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items.
  • No returns or exchanges on preorder items.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Greatness Only ensures the stock of all items listed as available on our site. If for some reason the purchased item(s) are not in stock, a notification will be sent and you will be refunded.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Greatness Only reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of being fraudulent. If your order has been cancelled you will be notified immediately through email, and refunded.

Once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

 

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Greatness Only reserves the right to deny the use of any promotional code. Not all orders will qualify for the use of a promotional code.
